CROSS-TRAINING

Every class will be different. You will use a full body workout which includes anything from body weight to equipment. Body weight, battle ropes, plyo boxes, landmine, wallballs, slamballs, db, ski erg, row erg, bike and more!!

HYROX

Hyrox is a cardio based workout. Whether you are training for a race or would like to push yourself, this is a great overall workout. you will run, row, ski, sled push and pull, burpee broad jump, lunge walk, farmer carry, we will use db and boxes and train you the right way

 

WEIGHTLIFTING

This group class will have all types of weights and structure. We will use dumbbells, barbells, and body weight. We will have an every minute on the minute, ladders, and overall working at your own pace classes as well!

DB STRENGTH/ KETTLEBELL MIX

This 30-45 min class will use your whole body! you may also see a slamball, box, or plates!
