Not A Gym is a locally owned husband and wife duo, with fabulous, supportive staff .

My decision to name our fitness studio “Not A Gym” was driven to highlight what makes us different than a traditional gym.

We take the guesswork out of your fitness journey by being an all-class structure where we offer a variety of classes a day.

You will never do the same workout twice to prevent repetition or boredom, but will be pushed to do your best!
